Sara has raised two children who are now almost ready for fledging. The extraordinary news of her reproduction is made even more exciting by the fact that she managed to raise two young, as was recently ascertained thanks to the surveillance of the nest, located in Basilicata, which was carried out from a great distance throughout the reproductive period.<\/p>\n

Born in 2015 at the CERM Centro Rapaci Threatened, in Italy (Tuscany), and released in Puglia three months later by the CERM Association with the support of the LIPU, Sara reproduced this year for the first time. Her partner is a male of wild origin with whom she had been observed in Sicily as early as March, as soon as she returned to Italy after her wintering in Niger.<\/p>\n
